Blues Brothers Construction of Boca Raton is a South Florida roofing contractor company owned and managed by Steve Festa who founded his business after Hurricane Charlie devastated Central Florida in 2005. Specializing in both roofing repairs and installations for homes throughout South Florida.
“What got me into roofing was realizing most roofing companies were falling short in their service delivery,” Steve stated, “so I decided to start my own company with different morals and values while emphasizing customer experience.”
Blues Brothers Construction recognized their need for software solutions in order to stay organized, track project timelines, and estimate estimates more efficiently. Steve advises other small businesses that when searching for software solutions, to start by considering customer experience and defining ideal customers as two key criteria. One main factor he noted that made Zoho an appealing option was its tiered structure – which allowed him to “avoid process and build creatively at his own pace”.
He emphasized the need to test out different software options until finding one that best meets your business needs. “We explored many software before discovering Zoho,” he noted, noting, “I was given an eye for envisioning different scenarios for our business.
